Having heard most of the "talent" that appears on the show, it is hard to believe that these people have a legitimate complaint.

Just because they are different or gay doesn't mean they don't still suck. People don't want to believe that they are talentless and have to find an "excuse" why they were told they suck.

I also don't deny though that they are perhaps homophobic, maybe that's true. But the important fact is that they suck and don't deserve any attention at all.
